 Instructional material for Fitter Trade for one week, developed using the ADDIE model:

Week No: 1

Phase 1: Analysis

Objectives: 

1. To introduce the importance of trade training

2. To familiarize the learners with the list of tools and machinery used in the trade

3. To introduce the concept of health and safety in the workplace

4. To introduce the learners to first aid and its importance

5. To provide an understanding of the operation of electrical mains

Content:

1. Importance of trade training: The learners will be introduced to the importance of trade training in their career development.

2. List of tools and machinery used in the trade: The learners will be familiarized with the various tools and machinery used in the Fitter Trade.

3. Health and safety: The learners will be introduced to the concept of health and safety in the workplace, including the use of safety equipment and their uses.
